What is the fate of pyruvic acid in aerobic condition?

In aerobic conditions, pyruvic acid (pyruvate) is converted into acetyl-CoA in the mitochondria. Acetyl-CoA enters the citric acid cycle, where it is oxidized to produce ATP, NADH, FADH2, and CO2.
