Yes, glycolysis produces water. At one point during the process, specifically in the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate (PEP), a molecule of water is released. Although the production of water is not a major outcome of glycolysis, it does occur as a part of the enzymatic reactions.
