A pipette bulb is used to aspirate liquid into a pipette. To use it, first attach a clean pipette tip to the pipette. Then, place the tip of the pipette into the liquid and gently squeeze the bulb to expel air. After that, release the bulb to create suction and draw liquid into the pipette. Hold the pipette vertically, and make sure to release the bulb slowly to avoid creating bubbles or drawing in too much liquid. Once the desired volume has been aspirated, remove the bulb and adjust the volume by expelling any excess liquid.
