  • What this tool is - A simple web‑based spectrophotometry tool using Beer‑Lambert law to compute concentration across multiple wavelengths, ideal for biochem labs, dna/protein quantification etc
  • Why use this calculator - It lets user enter absorbance measurements at several λ values, compute molar C in M and μM, draw absorbance‑vs‑concentration graph, export results as CSV, and print results easily with no signup
  • Equation used - C = A / (ε·l) where
    • A = absorbance measured by UV‑Vis
    • ε = molar extinction coefficient in M⁻¹·cm⁻¹
    • l = path length in cm
  • How to use it -
    • Click Add Wavelength B‑btn to insert new input row styled with .bl-set and .bt-input
    • Fill each row with: Wavelength (nm), Absorbance (A), Extinction coefficient (ε M⁻¹·cm⁻¹), Path length (l cm)
    • Use Fill Sample Data to automatically fill typical BSA, DNA, NADH examples
  • Calculate results - Hit Calculate (.bt-btn-shiny) then tool produces a .bt-table summarizing λ, A, ε, l, concentration in M and μM, plus step‑by‑step C = A/(ε·l) explanations
  • Graph feature - A canvas chart appears with absorbance vs concentration points per wavelength, labeled and color‑coded
  • Export CSV - Click that .bt-btn to download .csv with all data for easier recordkeeping or analysis
  • Print result - Use Print Result button to generate clean printable output of table and formulas
  • Important notes -
    • ε and l values must be positive numbers else highlighted in red background .bl-set invalid row
    • To remove a row click Remove button within its header in .bl-set
